Food addiction is not only deadly to the addict but it affects others, like people of normal weight who are cramped by an obese person taking more than a fair share of space.

Aug 18th 2009 10:27AM What an eloquent post. I don't know if you are a writer but you should be. I am an animal lover but I am thrilled that Michael Vick has a second chance. He paid his debt for his crime and continues to make living amends.He realizes now that what he did was horrible and he is doing his best to help educate other people, that might not understand how barbaric dog fighting is. I just wonder how many of the rabid animal rights people support human abortion as a means of birth control?

Mar 29th 2007 10:44AM Okay wait a minute I'm starting to get suspicious. Hollywood always follows suit when a marketing ploy succeeds i.e. Trump/Rosie. So Simon owns this show, voting calls are $5.99, Howard Stern heats it up with his controversial vote for the worst and he has a rabid and enormous fan base,....which would mean serious voters would have to make multiple calls to get a talented singer voted the winner. I smell a brilliant ruse on the American people . Publicity is pricelss. Yesterday I took my dad to the VA and all the old vets were talking about it in the waiting room.
And the cash register keeps on ringing
