Apr 18th 2011 3:44PM #6 I type of the information on business cards and keep them in a lanyard on my neck. Card #1: flight info Card #2: shuttle/rental car info Card #3: hotel info.
Throw each card away when that part of the trip is over.
The lanyard is great for adding business cards as well - a card from a taxi driver to call for future rides or from your hotel to show the taxi driver where you want to go.
And as someone suggested: packing clothes that can be left behind is a great paln.

Mar 7th 2011 8:42PM I started one week ago with a 90 day plan. I am a 55 year old woman with severe COPD thus I am on oxygen 24/7. I need to lose 50 pounds AND improve my lungs/heart due to the COPD. I do 30-minutes on the tread mill.
I alternate between 3 min @ 1.5 mph and 2 min of 2.5 mph with a 5 min “burst” of 2.0 mph in the middle. I also do a few reps with free weights as building my arms/chest muscles is very important to me.
After 1 week, I have reduced my oxygen from 5 and 6 liters to 4 liters AND I have lost 6 pounds.

I am so over every woman complaining, "I'm a single mom...." when really they are divorced moms or unmarried moms or in this case, a widow.
Babies with only one parent named on their birth certificate are the only babies with single moms.
Babies with two parents named on their birth certificate are NEVER cildren of a single mom. She can be a divorced, widowed or unmarried mom but NOT a single mom. The term is way over used.

Dec 7th 2009 11:31PM Oh come on - be fun! It is the holiday season. We love to be different when decorating the tree. We live in a golf comunity; one year we did ALL golf ornaments. And since my husband is a chef another year we did all kithen/cooking ornaments. One year when miney was RALLY tight, we did a mitten tree. We bought the mittens at Goodwill and when we took the tree down, we re-donated the mittens to the homeless. All done on a "Charlie Brown tree" that we picked up in the woods for free.
