Dec 29th 2011 1:51AM I wouldn't want anybody from the most offensive reality shows like Jersey Shore or the Real Housewives of ...name your city as a next door neighbor! I'd rather see them on TV instead with their exploits. I'm even surprised Nancy Grace made the worst neighbor list and even on the best one (given her turn on Dancing with the Stars this past fall). She SCREAMS too much; saying BOMBSHELL over and over and sounds so angry, even puts down some of her panel guests on their counterpoints! On EVERY show on HLN. Yes, you've made your point Nancy, but you don't have to scream so much that the veins tend to pop on your neck!
Dec 29th 2011 1:44AM I think that Tim Tebow's deeply religious values and his positive attitude is what made most people chose him as the most desirable neighbor. I don't think that people went for someone shallow like celebrities who are so used to playing pretend or make believe roles in television and movies. Tebow has been very open about his faith and I don't think he's overdoing it one bit. His approach is very inspiring and I commend him for his platform in encouraging people to have a more personal relationship with God to handle all their difficult problems.
Jul 18th 2011 2:50PM I went to South of the Border in 1988 and 2003. It's a nice and fun tourist attraction. I think the signs in North and South Carolina are what drive people into there. The signs save I-95 from being boring at times. They've changed the signs lately, even removing some of the older ones. It's between New York and Florida and this is a good break for those who don't want to drive nonstop. It can be funny with some of the sayings on the signs. They did try to get current with that new LCD sign at their exit rather than the tower they used to promote it in the past. I do think that the Florida sites such as Disney World have taken a chunk of its audience the past few years as well as the faster speed limits of 65 and 70 on I-95. They don't advertise it as much like in its '80s peak. I loved their neon lettered signs in 1987 when the neon trend in signs was the thing. After 1988, they discontinued those signs. I think that guy wanted to insult South of the Border since he lives in another part of the country and hasn't traveled on the East Coast. The first time won't grab you, but the second time will keep you hooked.
Jul 9th 2011 5:39PM I think that there are too many New Jersey based reality shows on TV at this moment and maybe Mike didn't want Jersey Shore to be lumped up against those shows, so he walked off. People get a little fatigued about the overload of those Jersey based shows at times.
Jun 28th 2011 2:30AM They should have put Lloyd in that performance! He had Patti LaBelle sing on his remix for his Lay Your Head hit single! Rather than Lloyd just singing over her Love Want and Need You sample on the song and not crediting Patti for it. It would have been fun to see Lloyd and Patti LaBelle sing together, get two generations of R&B artists to sing together on the same stage! BET's award show producers really messed up on that area! They got Marsha Ambrosius and Shirley Caesar to sing in the tribute, but they should have had another male R&B singer in the tribute. Now Cee-Lo, you know he was going to dress like Patti's '80s era look for his performance! Funny! Even was spraying that hair spray a lot on his wig! But the whole tribute was nice, Marsha sounded great, Shirley fabulous and Patti was just phenomenal in her pair of songs!
Jun 24th 2011 2:46PM Jennifer's doing her thing in that video! And she wasn't having it with her boyfriend in the video! The storyline just matched perfectly to the video and her dancing. She and her dancers were very good in it!
Jun 21st 2011 2:53PM Ouch! What a nasty swipe that Drew Lachey made at the spike and slick haired Joe Simpson, that overbearing father of Nick Lachey's former marriage to Jessica Simpson! Joe was annoying, always with them at awards show functions and not letting them have alone or private time together. Even on their Nick and Jessica MTV show. I'm sure that Drew was also getting tired of it too with Joe's overbearing. Fortunately, Nick and Vanessa's parents are mostly private and don't want to be in the spotlight.
Jun 20th 2011 12:37PM Jelena sounds catchy with the Justin and Selena pairing. I think Justin might have watched a few shows of Saved By the Bell when it was running in reruns on TBS a few years ago. Might have liked the high school themes and liked Tiffany on the show, so that led him to wearing that shirt. But the pink shirt doesn't clash well with his blond hair. Should have used another color or hue with the same photo.
Jun 7th 2011 3:37AM I'm not going to hear it. I'll stick with hearing I Love You This Big and not hear any leaked music. I don't know why his label didn't take any actions to stop the leak or prevent anyone from hearing that unreleased song.
May 27th 2011 1:37AM Both songs sounded good! Scotty's deep voice just sounds as strong on a studio record as he was live on TV the past few months. I hope he has a good 10 or 12-song album with songs like that. I liked Lauren's song. Also, I am surprised that they sound as good on 4 minute songs versus the tightly controlled 1 1/2 minute performances they did on TV.
