Feb 20th 2010 5:42PM It is truly sad that some people misuse their freedom with stupid and vicious acts. This particular individual has had a history of problems and nothing was done. The proper response is not to take away the freedom of law abiding citizens, but to effectively and promptly stop and punish those who act this way. Unfortunately, living in a free society can be less safe at times, but if you want security instead of freedom there are places like North Korea and Cuba where only the government can kill you.
