Jan 31st 2010 4:27AM I have the EXACT same issue with the 4th LED, after awhile it just started coming off the charger with only 3 LEDs lit, kinda scary thought that I'm losing capacity without touching it, and after a couple days of not using it, the LEDs will drop to 2 and then eventually to 1. At which point I instinctively just charge it, out of fear the li-poly battery will discharge all and not be able to be recharged. Glad to hear your's didn't suffer capacity loss, however I'm still considering sending mine back.. :/ (also can't charge my N900, but that one's not Zagg's fault)
