Jan 27th 2010 8:08PM Once again, the Corporate DoltHeads and their slimey lawyers have failed to use common sence and reasoning. Abet, the "Barbi Doll debacle " years ago when young, pre-teen girls wre castigated by corporate lawyers for infringing upon the copywright of a prominant Toy Company for daring to use the name "Barbi" on their personal web pages because they loved their Barbi Dolls. Imagine your innocent 9 year old daughter being attacked by these idiots. The same holds true for this "McFest" episode. The Corporate lunitics who work for McDonalds have failed to use common sence in this matter. I believe the prpper term for this in known as the "School Yard Bully".
