Jan 20th 2010 4:46PM Anyone who bought a ticket before these charges went into effect should file a complaint with their state Attorney General or the FTC or the FAA. These retroactive charges are illegal. The pols would love to jump on this. Carnival had to refund retroactive fuel charges when they tried to impose them. It would be great to see a mass reaction on the web if everyone filed complaints. If you are in NY you can file the compliant with the AG on the website.
