East of Africa: Sounds from the Red Island {Gadling}

Jan 10th 2010 12:29PM When I did the mission tour in San Antonio a few years ago, one of the mission's bells rang periodically while we toured. It was a haunting sound in a place with few visitors and no other human inhabitants. I started the video with the sound on my digital camera to record the sound. The music alone can transport me back there where I had the strange feeling that the spirits of the missionaries were still there. Thank you for reminding me to LISTEN and RECORD when I travel.
