Jul 27th 2010 9:25AM HOLY Crapola..!!!! :( $69 for a hot dog..?!?! Why in Las Vegas, there used to be a place (Slots o' Fun) next to Circus Circus, where you could get a ONE pounder hot dog for a BUCK..!!! Not sure if they still do it, haven't been out there in 3 years, but still..? Guess IF you've got MORE money, than sense, hey ! That's what America's all about.

Travel Trends: Caribbean is most popular cruise destination, but niche markets growing fast {Gadling}

Jun 13th 2010 7:20AM Kinda funny, I just signed on and saw this article and we're leaving tomorrow for Seattle to take an Alaska 7 day cruise (our first cruise to Alaska) and probably our last cruise for awhile. We've been to the Carribean for the last 3 cruises and I thought it'd be nice to do something different.

Remembering the magic of domestic travel {Gadling}

May 17th 2010 8:22AM The WHOLE point is, just get out and GO..!! Either overseas or here. I work for a major airline and have worked with people who have NOT gone anywhere, except home, for TWENTY-FIVE years. They insist it's not 'SAFE' to either fly,drive or travel out in public. I always thought, 'What a SHAME, when they're on their deathbed, will they wonder what they've missed ?'.

An 'Incredible Future' Ends Needlessly {Fanhouse - Kevin Blackistone}

Apr 5th 2010 8:52AM I was a police officer for 10 years, and yes I socially drank, but saw just how alcohol changed people for the WORST. People, who normally were easy going and fun to be around,became very abussive and agressive when they'd comsumed to much alcohol. It's got to be worst for teenagers. While I never drank till I was twenty-four, I grew up with a 'weekend alcoholic' father from the time I was six till I was twenty four. I was tempted to TRY alcohol just out of high school, just to see WHAT the thrill was for my father, I didn't. I had decided to wait till I was older, maybe more wiser to realize that IF I wanted to start drinking I'd let maturity guide me.

My wife and used to vacation in PC, but never during the summer, anymore. We've see countless teens who were so drunk they could hardly walk, acting foolishly by trying to walk high rise hotel balconies, hang outside of speeding pickups, all thinking they were 'bulletproof', I guess. I know Panama City Beach police officers could write tons of articles about this. So what's the answer ? I honestly don't know. Somehow, someone needs to find a way to prevent young teens from killing themselves and some adults from helping them.

I Love to Travel {AOL Hot Searches}

Oct 2nd 2007 8:00AM Allie,
it's much easier for a man, packing AND traaveling. I TRY to travel, if it's only for 5 days, with just a carry on. I sat down one day and made out a packing list and then listed each and EVERY thing I could think of, re-read each,crossed out the unnecessay ones, till I had a compact list of 15 items most of all could do 'double duty'. I'd advise anybody who's thinking of doing some long term traveling too make a 'travel list' and review it from time too time. As you travel, you find what you don't need and revise it.
