NYC tops U.S. list of most expensive cities {Gadling}

Dec 24th 2009 11:38AM I dont understand this? They did not include Alaska or Hawaii... Both places are extremely expensive to live and to visit. I currently live in Alaska and my fuel is $3.69 per gallon. I wish they would include ALL of the US before issuing these inaccurate reports! Get it together Forbes!
