Feb 25th 2010 5:16PM none of this is surprising I believe insurance companies make it difficult for you to get answers so they don't have to pay claims!!! I am sure hundreds of people just give up. They simply hope you get frustrated and go away. I have experienced this with United and BC/BS they are all a like more interested in profit then giving you want you paid for.
