Hawaiian airlines offers free flights to the mainland {Gadling}

Could you please help. I tried to book a flight direct with Hawaiian Airways on the
internet on the 2ist Dec. Las Vegas to Honolulu departing on the 14th Sept.2010 for two people. I completed the reservation form and put in my credit card details
but it said it was not accepted due to them not acceping UK credir cards. A
telephone number was also required but the form would not accept a UK number.
I have since booked with an USA agent with Hawaiian Airways. I have just seen my credit card statement and note that this booking has been charged in the sum of £477.87 although we have not received any details from Hawaiian Airways, We
now have paid twice and need my credit card refunded as your rules state that
Hawaiian Airways is unable to accept cards with foreign billing addresses I
would appreciate any help or a direct e-mail address
