Top American Destinations To Avoid In 2013 {Gadling}

Jan 8th 2013 4:30PM I've been to downtown LA, but where are the Americans? Every place i went had a foreign person tp assist me. I am not very fluent with foreign dialect.Had to say "what was that" alot. Yes, people do seem to be snobby there.I'm from Ohio, and the main problem here is High Unemployment, but clean air.
