Study abroad, major in getting drunk {Gadling}
Oct 12th 2010 1:16PM Not entirely true, I'm proud to say that I maintained my awesome level of drinking while studying abroad....except for a few nights, but Shhhh that's our little secret. ;-)
Lake Erie's secret: Pelee Island {Gadling}
Sep 1st 2010 10:44AM I should check this out I am not too far from there. I have ventured off to Put-N-Bay often but never any other islands in Lake Erie. Although the lake seems to be doing bad with e-coli and algae .... maybe I'll wait a bit till the water cleans up.
Airport hotel hookup: a true story {Gadling}
Aug 20th 2010 5:25PM I've never stopped to think of the airport hotel as the modern day transient port where lives, loves, lusts and layovers come together meshing so perfectly by way of mishap in one night, every night...all over the world.

Aug 17th 2010 9:34AM I think the wifi one irritates me the most, you can get free internet at McDonalds when I buy my dollar menu burger but not at a $200+ a night hotel. Especially since often budget hotels do offer these services free.
Are hotels ready for tattoos and piercings? {Gadling}
Aug 2nd 2010 2:15PM I think this will slowly continue to change as tattoos are now farther from taboo than ever before. The trend crosses all walks of life from grandmas to gangsters and from athletes to math geeks. I'm OK with the idea, as long as my tattooed, lip pierced, mohawk sporting concierge at my 5 start hotel rocks a spiffy tie with his ripped sleeve dress shirt.
Solar-powered computer for $35 or less {Gadling}
Jul 29th 2010 9:34AM I would love something like this, especially if it has basic e-reader capabilities. I would be willing to pay a lot more just on the sole fact that it is solar powered.

Jul 29th 2010 9:32AM I love it, great poem and I couldn't agree more.
Daily Pampering: The Ardbeg Double Barrel Experience {Gadling}
Jul 27th 2010 9:52AM @Scott I'm sure many of us would want to be the taste tester for this, although I believe a monkey with a refined pallet such as myself would be best suited for this job of downing, er um I mean sipping this delicacy.
So what says you Gadling?
