May 15th 2012 11:11AM Gili Trawanagan MUST be put on your bucket list. The article however misses pointing out how very, very near it is to Lombok, which is so much less touristico than Bali. So do Gili T, but by all means set aside at least 2 days to also explore Lombok. Gili T is on the northwest coast, but the southwest coast of Lombok has much less visited Gili's (islands). Not as hip-hop partying atmosphere as Gili T, but superb snorkelling, diving & surfing (Desert Point, known locally as Banko-banko is world reknown by surfers). If you're fit enough, you could even try the 2 day trek to the top of the volcano there where one of the best photos ever to win a Nat Geo competition was taken. This is a true, and as yet unspoilled island paradise.
Sep 17th 2011 12:49PM The author did no research & is obviously inept at reporting. How could that home possibly be "mobile"? It could have been "pre-fabricated", manufactured modules, etc. But it is certainly not "mobile". Where are the wheels & trailer hitch of a mobile?
