Feb 9th 2011 10:44AM think this video came out 2 years ago, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Iu2cDdQGS4
South Philly has been doing this for years
Aug 15th 2010 11:10AM that's nice and all, but what the reality of this outside major metropolitan areas?
Apr 28th 2010 1:45AM of my recent extended travel, I've been on-site for 10+ days or more. I tend to take 1+ days clothes in carry-on. Otherwise, I figure I can buy locally or wash daily...believe me, Chinese clothing is not fitted to western standards!
Even when in such places as HK, as I was often; the tourist market in Stanley was the best place to purchase western style clothing; even if it was heavily marked up from what I'd normally pay in China.
I had any layover, I'd check my baggage, else if I was transferring b/t carriers, I'd check my baggage...though finding comfortable shavers is quite difficult, there's not Mach5's in HK or China as far as I could tell.
Mar 9th 2010 12:52PM the trams are a great way to see the Island & are a great way to get around during the week....but they are extremely slow & if you're tall they're not comfortable to stand in. (as you have hunch over)
Oct 4th 2009 11:00AM quite surprised that Shenzhen, China (or any Chinese City) isn't on that list.
Aug 24th 2009 11:43PM 1st thought is everclear.
2nd would be anything flavored; people prefer to make their own mixes; nothing that's premixed.

Feb 20th 2009 5:44PM wow, sounds like someone's back pocket is quite full.
totally agree, that health care should end when work ends. Why should Auto Industry fund UAW when other corps don't fund their union & non union workers post employment?
the problem with health care in the US is not a problem for the Auto Industry to fix/fund, it's a govt w/ regulations issue.
What happened to Unions in the USA? They originated as a voice for the workers for safety & health while on the job....now it's focus is on keeping all jobs.
UAW should not be supporting pay of members who are not working. If UAW members are on furlough, they should be paid, but not beyond a certain number of days.
Jobs aren't for life anymore, the UAW & other unions need to grasp this concept.
Jan 14th 2009 11:24PM still concerned though, as Delta has take the approach if you don't use your miles in 1yr they'll cancel them. I have too many to use in 1 yr. Must get rid of them ASAP.
Jan 14th 2009 5:30PM anyword on what's going to happen to all my worldperks miles?
