Organic Milk Beats Conventional Milk for Nutrition, Says UK Study {Slashfood}
Jan 20th 2011 9:04PM I remember as a youth the wonderful taste of raw(unpasteurized) milk,there were plenty of farms here then and all the families drank it. But then came the accident and I haven't had it since. Trust me having a 1,000 lb. cow step on your chest will take all the pleasure out of the experience.

Dec 21st 2010 10:21PM When are we going to wake up people and realise the danger of knives? How many people must die from abandoned knives? What we need here is knife registration and micro stamping and knive carry permits. We must also study the danger of sporks.

California Concerned About What Lurks Within Bouncy Castles {ParentDish}
Aug 13th 2010 10:44PM I grew up in the days of leaded paint,leaded gasoline(smelled good) and I have no recollection of the horrors the do gooders scream about. I did know one mechanic who had mild lead poisoning from washing parts in gas,a common practice and one painter who had lead poisoning from spraying paint in an unventilated closed room with no respirator. I'm waiting now for mesothelioma to set in from changing asbestos brake shoes although it never claimed my father who did it far longer than I did.

Report: Georgia finally mandates seatbelt usage among pickup truck drivers {Autoblog}
May 2nd 2010 2:20PM The first seat belts mandated by fed regs. were installed in cars in 1964. Then came the buckle up laws,helmet laws for motorcycles, trans fats banned in NYC,calorie count on menus,no toys in Happy meals(tears well up here). Why it's all common sense isn't it? But the need for government to mandate it to individuals isn't. We were born free and regulated into serfdom. God and regulatory bureaucracies are the only immortal things on this planet.
