To Fly or Not to Fly? {AOL Travel News}
Apr 28th 2010 10:15AM I love to drive, fly, or take the train, but mostly I find that driving is good for short under 250 mile per day trips, flying is good for 2,000 mile trips, and the train is good for 400 to 3000 mile trips.
I found some very good info on each on a seniors website SeniorCitizenLocalWeb.com which offers tons of information on traveling in the USA.
New porn virus holds your browsing history hostage {WalletPop}
Apr 20th 2010 9:30AM The scary thing about this is that the IPs are doing nothing to stop these people.
Equally scary is that millions do their banking on-line, and if our computers cannot be protected from hackers and scams and virus makers, then what is happening to our banking info?

Apr 19th 2010 10:49AM This is a help to the Social Security Administration, the reason?
There are millions of people that were 59 to 60 years of age when this 'corporate rip off' started, and when the UE runs out, and the bank savings accounts are used up, these people will have to go on Social Security at age 62, and take a 10, 20, 30 or more year 25% reduction in their paid for and earned benefits.
Thanks MR. BUSH, we really appreciated your eight years of wars, decreasing employment, decreased investment in America, unfunded debts, and deregulation policies.
Now, do you people want to solve the problems, then Support President Obama, he is trying to work for YOU.
Also, since it is Corporate America that benefits from educated employees, we should do away with school taxes for the individual and CHARGE CORPORATE AMERICA for all USA Education, you will see college cost drop like a rock the next day.

Apr 19th 2010 10:34AM UE benefits and USA
A $40,000 government job, puts a person to work, and keeps him or her off the UE benefits roll. This person then spends up to 97% or more of this money on Housing, Food, gasoline, vehicles, Life Insurance, Homeowner's Insurance, Health Care Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Property and other utilities and taxes, plus he or she spends for entertainment, vacations, clothing, schooling, partying, furniture, computers, personal communications, television or cable, Internet, hair cuts, etc.
EVERY ONE of these expenditures KEEPS some NON-Government person WORKING.
Also, what government services do you wish to give up, the Military, the Police, the Fire Department, the Street and Road Departments, the Water and Sewer Departments, the FBI, CIA, CDC, etc., which?

Apr 19th 2010 10:33AM The dangerous situation the country is in is caused by the Republicans that REFUSE to COOPERATE or CONTRIBUTE to the health, wealth, and care of the county. The House of Representatives have PASSED 250 BILLS to HELP AMERICA and its WORKERS get back on track, the SENATE REPUBLICANS and a few NON-Democrat Democrats are holding each in HOSTAGE.
GIVE IT UP, the Tea Party and the Republicans that support it are ANTI-AMERICAN, by design or stupidity.
I survived an audit: What I've learned and what you need to know {WalletPop}
Apr 15th 2010 2:43PM Business was audited, took two weeks to put together the paperwork, went to the 8th floor of the IRS building with a 4-draw file cabinet, spent 8 hours with auditor, and was told I owed $95.00. I asked him to recheck his number, and he said he would. A week later I got a check from the IRS for $5.00.
That was the last time they decided to audit my business.
Pays to have the paperwork, and the paperwork trail. ..
Scientists Use Arsenic to 'Cure' Blood Cancer {AOL Health}
Apr 13th 2010 5:09PM We have not educated ourselves out of work. Over 50% of our students are failing school or dropping out. As for the educated, try getting a job that is lower than your education level, it is near impossible as bosses feel you will leave immediately upon finding a job that is near your education level. Today, one has to lie his or her way down, not up the ladder, if he or she wants to work.

No income tax payments for nearly half of us! {WalletPop}
Apr 9th 2010 2:25PM This is temporary at best due to the end of most of the programs that were needed to get the economy back to some normality after the disaster left to us by the last administration.
People are getting back to work, and will be paying taxes again, plus many people are again earning interest in the banks and on their investments.
Add to this, the uptick in new research which will generate new jobs, more housing sales, more savings due to governments tightening their belts, and less health care expenses, we should be in good shape in about two to three years.
