May 26th 2010 6:50PM The fact that "24" had fans does not prove that it was a show worth watching. Hitler had lots of fans. The only good thing about the show was that hot blond girl who played what's-his-name's daughter. Just like "Lost," "24" was a show for stupid people, written and directed by stupid people. Even if all of those people have money in the bank, they're still stupid. I think Kieffer's a cool, capable guy.....but none of that was apparent in the "breath-acting" he delivered week after week. Just listen to him....you'll hear what I mean. Good riddance "24."

All this would mean to me is that, in addition to whatever else I might take, I would also be assured of acquiring a new weapon, since of course my intention would be to take that too. Merely being armed, whether with a pistol or an atomic bomb, is pointless unless it's reasonable to suppose that circumstances would afford the bearer opportunity for making effective use of the weapon in his or her possession. Only a retarded highwayman would allow a citizen to get the drop on him.
