Dec 13th 2012 6:23PM While its true that these employees are dealing with the public who are demanding, obnoxious,loud,and just out right rude, as employees that serves the public, the customer is always right. Customer Service is no longer part of the vocabulary for most companies these days. Its a shame that its not implimented in some job description. Its in the hand book but it definitely is not mandatory. These airlines feel as though their entitled to charge the amount of monies for fares,luggage,etc. Well then their entitled to teach their employees suck it up and deal with the customer with care and with much respect, no matter how the customer's behavior is. Inservice these employees how to diffuse a situation and you'd catch more bees with honey than you would with vinegar. I've been in the business that deals with the public for many years and I have yet to been disrespected, yelled at but nothing to where I needed reenforcements. Without customers you would not have jobs.

Call me a hater but when I dine or go out its annoying to see all that,petting,kissing with tongue,etc for goodness sake get a room why don't ya, and don't get me started on the dressing alike thing, that is so passe. Okay we get it your in love and you want everyone to know and to that guy who says, "its none of my business",well you made it my business when you bring your woman out in public and damn near crawl into her clothes, so spare me.

Apr 10th 2010 5:48PM that is so ignorant on ur part not to mention irresposible, bottom line is the contractor u hired is the person who is resposible for the sub-par work. as consumers we're resposible to investigate the contractor and make sure ur hiring someone who will be licensed.

Apr 9th 2010 1:41PM Its apparent she does look "rail thin", we also have to remember she has been raised in "hollywoods inluence" of whats percieved as beautiful. Shes always "on" theres not one time I watched her and shes always "acting". What bothers me is her husband is a witness to her gaunt look and yet he seems to be oblivious to her look. I guess thats hollywood!

The man has a gift and thats what we should all be interested in. He's a phenominal golf pro and all I want to know is that he will kick butt in his sport, not feed into the media frenzy,and tacky gossip.
