I just purchased my 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am a retired Auto Salesman (35 Years), I've sold them all. I always buy American, however this time around my wife convinced me to look at other manufacturers, I tried, Hyundai, Kia, Volvo, VW, BMW, and some others, but I drove a new Jeep (2011), and lo and behold, the Jeep beat out all the rest, Looks, safety, gadgets, brute strength, good old Jeep had everything I wanted, so why did I stray in the first place? Note: the worst of the bunch I tred out was the Hyundai, it sounded like I was riding in a tin can, the one that scored the best next to the Jeep was the Volvo, but the looks of the Jeep clinched our purchasing of the new Jeep. I have convinced two other friends to buy Jeep.
