Nov 3rd 2009 4:05AM Your reader Andy Murdock may well be astute, but he is wrong. There are no discussions between Dylan and anyone else about GPS. Dylan made a throwaway comment on his Theme Time Radio Hour show almost a year ago. It was a joke.

Much later the Telegraph newspaper in the UK picked up on it and took it for real.
