Jan 9th 2013 12:36PM I've lived in Boston, Manhattan and Los Angeles (twice). Los Angeles by far is my favorite place -- and I'm born and raised in Boston. I have always found Boston and NYC to have more rude people, be more congested and not to mention more expensive than Los Angeles.
What is there to complain about when you have a city as big and diverse as LA -- not to mention THE BEST weather hands down than any other city in the country. LA ROCKS!

Jun 14th 2010 1:55PM Don't give your dog raw hide. I'm not sure why it's even legal for pet stores to sell them. They're bad for dogs and cause choking, etc.
My dog was destructive until I realized he wasn't getting enough exercise. This is above and beyond what you probably currently think is reasonable. Given that you have a Jack Terrier, I'd be almost 100 percent certain your dog is bored and is frustrated. You may not to like to hear this, but you should probably be power walking (ie. fast paced) your at LEAST 30 minutes in the morning and spend a good solid 1 hour after work walking/playing with him.
I had a siberian husky for 11 years and the first 6 months of his life I was miserable because he destroyed shoes, furniture etc. and wouldn't let me watch TV in peace. I finally realized that if I committed daily to at least an hour and a half of some serious cardio with him, he'd calm down. Sure enough he was much happier, healthier and his chewing tendancies ceased.

Feb 22nd 2010 3:49PM So pathetic of NBC to cancel this inspiring and highly unique show. If it slumped in later seasons NBC should have given it a chance to make some new changes without moving it to Friday nights. I remember trying to find it on Thursday nights and it wasn't airing. I had no idea it got moved and therefore couldn't tune in. There were barely any communications that it moved.
I think another network should pick it up STAT and I would watch it religiously. Hope it happens. This is a fantastic show and breath of fresh air to all the other predictable unfunny comedies out there.

Feb 19th 2010 10:35AM First off, the dog NEEDS to be muzzled when out for walks immediately. This dog doesn't appear to need to be put down (only in severe cases) as long as it's muzzled and owner/handler works on problem.
There are modern muzzles available now that work well and don't impede the dog from breathing well or opening his mouth slightly. Then Rachael should work with behaviorist and continue with training for forseeable future. Constant training is needed in dogs like this, in order for everyone -- owner, dog and other people/animals -- to be safe.

Athlete Michael Vick tortured and killed dogs and got a pretty sweet contract and other players beat women and some even murder, and get paid.
Let's not lose sight of fact although what Tiger did may not be nice, it wasn't a crime. He gives more to charity than most althetes. he's getting beat up way too much over this compared to other althetes who've committed far more serious crimes.
