We Tried It: Bill Clinton's Heart-Healthy Diet {That's Fit}
Nov 7th 2010 9:47AM As I see it basically what is going on here, is that the diet which is fruit and veggies is supplying your body with Vitamin C. Humans are one of the few Animals on the planet that does not produce Vitamin C. Doctors say we only need 60mg. a day for our bodies. However that doesn't build very much collagen which is essential to keep the arteries healthy. Dr. Linus Pauling found that you need much more than this to keep the Arteries from leaking blood. The chloresterol in our blood stream then essentially tries to seal the leak and causes the build up of plaque on the artery walls. Ever wonder why it doesn't build up in the veins. I reccomend looking at the site "Practicing Medicine without a license."

Oct 6th 2009 4:35PM Sounds to me as if all the Republicans are crying now. The party of NO, yes that appropriate. Evidently they dont stand for anything and want to beat their chest and whine about anything that is done to benefit the country. Looks like they are the ones who took the country down into the recession mess. Karl Rove, Dick Cheney and George Bush are all where they should have been 10 years ago. Out of office
