Jun 24th 2012 3:26AM I'm with you! Excellent post. More BASIC comfort please. Wider seats, more leg room. PERIOD. Everything else is negotiable. I don't need luxury. Just the BASICS.
Jul 23rd 2011 2:42PM You also are forgetting the stunning Jamie Lee Curtis, who rocks THE BEST grey pixie ever!
Mar 24th 2011 3:03PM George Lopez is a pig. How dare he??
Oct 18th 2010 8:00AM I also love this show, enough that I was upset to miss it when the Chilean miners' rescue pre-empted it. And you're right, the endings are gripping.
Sep 24th 2010 12:49PM Yup. Curtis is the BOMB in that dress. Weaver is rock-solid in anything, but Curtis wins this one hands down.
Sep 14th 2010 10:06PM Where did you learn math?? 4/10 = 2/5 Go back to school before you comment again.
Sep 1st 2010 8:05AM Fred, I know exactly what you mean! I had an English Mastiff & what I always said was, "With a mastiff, even on a 3-Dog Night, all you need is one dog!" I loved that dog; he was my soul mate. Died 4 yrs ago & I still miss him like crazy. Mastiffs are a wonderful breed.
Aug 30th 2010 4:34PM So you think the sleeves are fake?
Jun 7th 2010 3:55AM I had a wonderful English Mastiff, Samson, whom I adopted from Rescue when he was 8 yrs old. Although he was already considered "elderly", he devoted himself to protecting me for the rest of his life. What a blessed companion! Yes he cost me a LOT of money -- mostly for vet bills & medication (which is based on the weight of the dog). I considered him my addiction & had few other indulgences! He ate about as much as a Labrador & was low-energy in the house. Loved the couch & the bed. And he did know how big he was & was careful around the house; I don't think he ever broke anything. He got the very best dog food I could afford. As a result he lived to be 12 yrs old. I still miss him every day & he died in Sept 06. But the breed is a LOT to deal with. I would love to have another Mastiff, but at 62 I don't feel up to contending with the size, weight or cost of a dog that large again. They are truly gentle giants, but you MUST think carefully about getting a giant breed.
Feb 21st 2010 4:41AM Absolutely, Christopher Walken! And Steve Buscemi in Fargo & Con Air. Aaaaaaaaah! And what was the name of the head mercenary in Avatar? He was shudder-some.
