Jul 17th 2009 12:29AM Mr. O"Reilly has many people on his show who explain many things. He interrupts constantly and considers any opinion opposite from his own to not be tolerable. However, he is right a lot of the time, so put this in context. Mr. O"Reilly is a school teacher of English and that is probably the main reason that he is so enamored with words. I like words, too. I like good words, words that convey a considerate and knowledgeable meaning. I do not like smutty remarks or bad language in the attempt to persuade. That is a turn-off. Fun hearing all the comments.

Jun 28th 2009 6:22PM Your comment about home cooked food hit home. I have a recipe that I make for my littl labradoodle that she dearly loves. When first introducint new food, we probably should remember to mix with the usual diet at first to avoid upsets. My recipe includes low fat beef, brown rice, cooked garlic, carrots and you can add broccoli if you like. Some people add vitamin e to the mix, and adding a little salmon twice a week helps with the coat. She is silky and her skin is beautiful.

Her mother was labradoodle and her father was a cockapoo. If she were mated with an Australian Labradoodle, what would the puppies look like. She is only seven months old, but others want puppies and I am reluctant. What is the best age to breed. if I decide to do that?

Nov 13th 2008 2:04PM We need to consult the learned documents garnered by our forefathers. They stated there was equality "for all". Many people of color in our country have mixed blood, just as many people in our country who are indigenous people (native Americans) have mixed parentage in generations passed. No one is completely one thing or something else - so get over this idea of a "pure bred" race. We will have to wait and see what Obama has in his portfolio of goals and objectives for our people - ALL people in our country. The people have spoken. We are a majority country where election by all who vote determine the outcome. That is why voting is so very important. We need to indoctrinate our young people with this ideal. I pray to the Almighty that whatever is determined during the next four years will benefit all of us equally and with justice and mercy. God Bless America and all Her leaders. They have a tough job and need merciful and intelligent support. Write to your representative(s) to express your views and desires.

Oct 11th 2008 6:09PM When you mention voting for the board of directors and voting against them - that is what I actually do. As far as I am concerned the directors are in the pockets of the CEO's so they can have perks, too. A pox on all their houses, is how I feel. There is no one looking after the interests of those of us who have invested in those companies, nor do we have elected people who care enough for us to look after our interests - fiscal or otherwise. Greed rules the roost, apparently.
To Upgrade or to Break-up {Gadling}
Sep 10th 2006 5:35PM My late husband was a very tall man with back problems and many times we requested row 6 (the ones in front of the economy class, but economy class price) just so he could have room for his legs. Most times there was room for only one person. I gladly gave him that seat because he needed it and I did not. We do not know all the circumstances here. Was the upgrade just because of his frequent flyer miles, or was it because he had another option available because of a physical reason in addition to the ff miles? I would reserve judgement until I know ALL the circumstances. Lovingly. RB
