Welcome to the first airline-owned restaurant! {Gadling}
Sep 21st 2009 4:38PM This story reminded me of my last several flights, but you left out the part about going through security before being allowed to enter the restaurant. And be sure to have all patrons remove their shoes, jackets and 1oz silk scarves (as I had to do last time I flew.)
I know of no other business that can stay in business by treating their customers with such distain and rudeness. This is the MAIN reason my family of 4 is not making a major trans-Atlantic flight this year. I am just not willing to pay good money to be treated so rudely. Flight attendants: this means YOU. As for now, if I can't get there by flying SWA, Hawaiian Airlines, Air France, or Singapore Airlines, I have decided not to go. The bad thing about this is that I love to travel, and I thrive on travel. But, enough is enough.
