35 fantastic U.S. beaches for Summer {Gadling}
May 14th 2010 10:07AM I cannot believe that of all of these listings, the Great Lakes only has ONE?? Are you serious? Really does show the lack of awareness. The Great Lakes have more coastline than both oceans. And...I will also tell you that the Upper Peninsula in Michigan has the most breathtaking beaches on Lake Superior. Rocky cliffs and the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, as well as the rugged wild of the Porcupine Mountains in western U.P. If you live within driving distance of Michigan (or WI)...forget the airfare to the oceans. I've been to both. The clean fresh water of Superior dominates!! Plenty of lighthouses and waterfalls to visit as well.
Damon Lindelof Says 'Lost' Fans Will Still Have Questions After Finale {AOL TV}
May 3rd 2010 1:18PM I'd much rather that they leave gaps for me to fill with my own imagination than that they fill those gaps with really lame answers. If my own imagination is better than what they will provide, I should be getting their salary. So if you give answers, they'd better be profound ones. It had better not be like watching hours of Stephen Kings "It" to find out it was just a stupid spider.
Especially since I had to watch twice as much commercial and re-run (prior seasons) than new material!!
About a Quarter of Americans Support the Tea Party Movement {Politics Daily}
Apr 5th 2010 4:29PM Will it help you sleep at night to find out that I am a Tea Partier and I am NOT on food stamps, I do NOT support most of our foreign military endeavors, I do NOT like Bush, I DO know what "countenanced" means without your help, I do NOT drive an SUV, I am NOT Republican.....gosh, do you know ANYTHING about the Tea Party movement? And any virtue does not come from me, you, or any political party. If you do not know where true virtue comes from, well...that explains alot. And Puzo wouldn't have have met with has much success in any other country but the U.S., certainly not one with limited freedoms like your president would reduce us to. He'd have been shot to reveal the true organized crime of today that runs rampant through DC and unions.

Apr 5th 2010 4:10PM HEY...I RESENT THAT!!! I don't love Palin. Oh, I don't live in a trailer or drink beer either. And...while you would love to stifle my free speech (along with the rest of the Bill of Rights) I will NOT shut up! LOL

Apr 5th 2010 4:03PM Thank you for actually publishing your delusions and proving our point beautifully. I ask again, WHO are the bigots? "I see them as a bunch of angry white people who.." Oh, thanks. That clears things up. LOL

Apr 5th 2010 3:49PM Most ralliers are not FOR putting back in what we had. Most recognize and acknowledge that Bush and his policies were not constitutional either. The agenda is one of restoring government to the people as intended and spelled out in the Constitution. Please notice the fact that even the article above points out: "...Tea Party movement and nearly half of them are Republican." We are largely misunderstood as being a Republican manifestation. I see many attacks that lump the two together. Not so. I am not a Republican, I do not think Bush was a good president, and I don't want to put anything like him back in. As for why we didn't holler more when Bush was in office, probably because we were not as acutely aware of the evils as we are now, nor did we realize how many others feel the same or that our voice matters. We had bought the lies that we were small, insignificant and powerless. We know the truth now.

Apr 5th 2010 3:39PM Maybe your trouble is that your looking for a warm fuzzy feeling to begin with. I'm no racist. I'd gladly vote for a person of any race that didn't want to bring down Lady Liberty with a hammer and sicle. I've stood next to people of many ethnic backgrounds at rallys. People of hispanic descent, Asian descent, and blacks. You are so focused on hate (yes you, NOT us...YOU) that you refuse to open your eyes and see any bigger picture here than race. The bigotry I see is one of paradigm, not color of skin. It is just as ugly as any. And it is not owned by the protesters, but by those who would name call and mislabel them.

Apr 5th 2010 3:30PM Please. I'm a member of TPN and march with the rallys. Sarah Palin does NOT represent me or most of the people I attend with.

"I cannot tell for sure having seen only a few photos of the Tea Party crowds. but I have yet to see a black face among them ? Is it possible that the Tea party is white supremacist and largely consists of screaming middled aged overweight women ?"-------- I stood next to one. Shook his hand when he pulled his rig up to the curb to join us. Then watched him walk right up to the microphone and speak. Sounds like you're the racist for labeling the movements members as all 'white supremacists', and now you're even discriminating about weight. Yes, ignorant and narrow-minded fools run rampant, but they're not the protesters.

Apr 5th 2010 3:14PM I'm so utterly sick to death of hearing that lame excuse. So instead you will vote for a party which will continue down the same path? The two headed dragon of destruction has been equally adept at leeching the American people of their power and freedom. The liberals are right about one thing (yes, only one), Bush was a REgressive too, just not as bold. We didn't gripe because we didn't totally realize yet. Well wake up! Stop voting for PARTY and vote for a PERSON who will restore the Constitution! If enough people stopped listening to your arguments and actually DID vote that way, we'd take the election by storm, independent or not. If Ron Paul runs I and Palin runs R, are you voting for the likes of Palin just because she's R? Or would you rather have the staunch Constitutionalist who will turn the axis of new evil back on it's head and whip its butt? It's no contest. Do what is best for the country, not what's best for two party politics!
