Aug 5th 2012 1:06PM George, you're correct about the prohibition of children and young adults under 21 years of age being contrary with most, but not all, nudist resorts. I am a "card carrying" nudist as well. I suspect, but don't really know for sure, that the over 21 requirement may either be a town ordinance or just the management's way of placating the prude citizens and government.
