Nov 9th 2010 8:49AM Not even as a gift I will buy any; ANY Real Estate property, that's the worst trap by the Goverment to secure TAXES for them, in my opinion not even a single person has the ownership of any Real Estate property never ever. I wonder how much TAXES that 50.00 dollars house pays in TAXES per year and the way this DEPRESSION goes that house next year will be 25.00 dollars or maybe the new owner will loose it on foreclosure.

He or she might get paid $50.00 per hour yes but "Flight Time" no ground time and flight time means: Only when the aircraft is "Airborne" not on the tarmak and this money only if she or he is working on a big "BIRD" 747'S 777'S an so on and so on but, if he or she works with an Embrader he or she might get $12.00 dollars per hour.
Sorry but this job not even for my worst enemy.

This is the must Unstable Nation in the hole world.Every 5 years we have a recession and every 15 a huge "DEPRESSION" and after this we lost the money in the bank and the houses that we were paying and never become ours, after paying:TAXES (ALWAYS UP NEVER DOWN),MAINTENANCE, INSURANCE,UTILITIES, WATER, MUA (TOILET TAX)AND The rest of expenses we the home owners after all these years we do not have a single dollar to buy groceries; while the politicians from Washington to the little towns across the U.S.A. they have: Huge Salaries, Benefits, Medical Insurance, full Open Credit cards, Vacations and so on and so on, but we the home owners we do not have none. So in my opinion if you buy you work for "THEM" never for you or your children. After all the banks own your house and, Who owns the banks? THE GOVERMENT. So in my opinion enougth is enougth.
