Yes, she got paid, but when you are dealing with children who, for various reasons, are forced into the foster care system, you are dealing with a wide range of personalities that have undoubtedly suffered tremendous emotional, psychological, and very possibly, physical abuse. Taking care of these children is no small undertaking and takes a big hearted person. Shame on you.

With all the garbage that she has had put out there on the internet - posing in her underwear, toking on a bong, etc., etc.,- her dad should be worried about her and he should have taken a very strick stance with her a long time ago. Now that she is "of age", it's too late to try and be the parent. She will be the next Lindsay Lohan - like we need another young person spiraling down that mountain and taking too many of our young people with them. Grow up Miley - be one of the wise people who learns from other people's mistakes instead of being stupid and ruining your life. Get some self-respect.

Sep 23rd 2010 2:04PM I don't think anybody ought to be allowed in the locker rooms. The atheletes need time to clean up, calm down, and get dressed. Afterwards, they can grant interviews. OORRR, you can get your interview before they get into the locker room. I just think it is a major invasion of privacy.

Jun 9th 2010 8:54PM Please do not put a lot of flowers or vines around your mailbox. If you want flowers, make them low growing. Your mail carrier already has to deal with lizards, bees, wasps, and sometimes, snakes. Large flowers and vines only makes the situations worse, Also, make sure you have a door on your box to keep birds from building nests in them - or the paper slot. You have no idea how scary it is to have a wild scared bird flying around in your vehicle trying to find a way out.

May 7th 2010 2:53PM I haven't read all the posts, but here's my take on the situation. The only reason the law passed in Arizona is "bad," would be because of the police abusing their power. If the federal government would get off their "politically correct" butts, gather up the illegal immigrants and send them home, it would not only open up jobs for U.S. citizens, it would increase the tax base. It would ease the financial burden on the welfare system and medical care. If anyone wants to move here, become a legal resident, pay their taxes, and abide by the laws, I don't have a problem with them being here. My grandparents immigrated to this country. They came in legally. They became citizens. They worked hard, paid their taxes, raised a family, etc. etc. etc. They did it all LEGALLY!!! If you don't want to be a legal resident of the United States of America and do your fair share to contribute to the well-being of our great nation, then leave!! If the federal government would not be so wussy about deporting these people, maybe the rest of us would not have to be taxed to freakin' death every time we turn around.
