The World's Best Places to Live {Gadling}

Aug 27th 2009 9:18AM I currently live in Serbia,and I would really like to move out of this place... I was wondering,is there any country that is not so hard to live in,I mean,not too expensive as Norway. Also, it would be good that English is primary language,so i don't have to spend too much time learning language :D Mine real desire is to live in Moscow,but as expensive city and with really cold weather,Moscow is not a good place for a normal family to live..Any recommendation?
