Your title unfortunately is misleading. You almost imply that it is the fault of the white minority in SA that the revenue being generated is not going to the local people. As you mention, there are more and more locals involved in SA tourism, but you should not forget that it is these same people that set the rules and prices. In my humble opinion it is the responsibility of the local decision makers that the revenues of the parks are spend wisely. So your story is not a story about the Kruger National Park (or any other park for that matter) but it is a story about poverty in Africa in general. So please don't make it a racial issue....
