Rumor: Apple to release new iMacs on Tuesday, May 3 {TUAW.com}
Apr 30th 2011 5:30PM I think what Leon said is right - they have to dismantle the old computers, set up the new ones, connect them to the Apple Store's Wi-Fi network, hook up whatever peripherals they are showing them off with, as well as changing all the specs placards and banners. Maybe it doesn't take "all night," but it sure takes some time.
New iPod nano dumps scroll wheel and video for square screen {TUAW.com}
Sep 1st 2010 4:16PM I think Apple is still trying to innovate it's products too much. I'd much rather have the tall, thin iPod nano with video playback (the camera isn't a big deal to me) rather than some squat, ugly touchscreen device.
Apple to hold media event on September 1st {TUAW.com}
Aug 25th 2010 9:01PM Doubtful that any new iPod hardware Will apply to the back to school promotion. Not Apple-like.
JetBlue and Gadling are giving away two All You Can Jet passes {Gadling}
Aug 25th 2010 1:24PM I'd head off to Boston where I got my start working in the sailing world. I'd do some boating of my own, because, remember, sailing and jetting are a perfect combination!
Is AT&T moving up your iPhone upgrade date? {TUAW.com}
Jun 6th 2010 7:04PM My line was transferred from Sprint on the iPhone 3GS release date last year, and today my eligibility got moved up from 11/21/10 to now! YES.
Win a 16GB Wi-Fi iPad from TUAW {TUAW.com}
May 4th 2010 5:57AM I would really like that iPad...
First iPad sales estimates: four million this year, double that in 2011 {TUAW.com}
Jan 28th 2010 7:00AM Had the iPad run OSX, it might have been worth a closer look. However, as an iPhone and Mac user, this fills no gap in my productivity. Truthfully, the iPad is a blown up version of the iPod touch/iPhone (depending if you get the 3G or not). I won't be adding it to my Apple lineup anytime soon.
Airlines and social media: dialogue waiting to happen {Gadling}
Aug 21st 2009 6:51PM As a Twitterer who follows Southwest, jetBlue, American, Virgin America, and Continental, I must say that your report is inaccurate and terribly researched. I have seen people tell the airline's tweeting employees, "Great, so and so airline just lost my bag." And the airline will tweet back, "Here are our policies onv filing a lost bag claim. Hope you find your bag!" And the complaintant is blown away by this generosity and caring. Management is not going to send your request to the front of the line just because you Tweet. They will, however, sympathize and show you some things to help. Your claims are unfounded and off the mark.
