Jul 27th 2012 11:13AM Liberals do not believe in personal responsibility. She made a conscious decision to ride a bannister, something it is not designed for, and fell. That is on her. Can the families of people who jump from bridges to their death, be allowed to sue the City that owns the bridge? Or the contractor who built it?

Nov 23rd 2011 5:48PM Being overweight is more often than not, by choice not a disability. Some people do have medical issues (thyroid, pituitary, etc) that may cause weight gain, but once again, a proper diet and exercise can even help combat those issues. I would sue the Airline AND the passenger. This good gentleman paid for a seat that he was not able to use because it was being used by the other passenger. Also, is it not an FAA violation to have paid passengers standing during takeoff and landing? If so, I hope they get nailed with a HUGE fine. I have not flown since leaving the Marine Corps and returning home, and have no desire to do so.

Aug 20th 2009 3:53PM Who cares what singers or actors think? Who is this singer? I've never heard of her. It amazes me how these "entertainers" think that their high school diploma (for those who even have that) qulifies them to be political pundits.
