Spirit Airlines to abolish reclining seats {Gadling}
Apr 22nd 2010 2:51PM Hallelujah!!!
I'm the guy ususally sitting BEHIND the woman who doesn't feel comfortable unless her seat is reclined. I only recline my seat if the plane is empty and there's no one behind me. I will gladly give up these ocassional "reclines" for the certainty that I won't have to fly with my knees pinned and the back of a headrest in my face.

Glenn Beck Boycott: Censorship or Good Citizenship? {Politics Daily}
Aug 19th 2009 3:02PM The first amendment guarantees that Glenn Beck has the right to say what he wants, but it doesn't guaranty him, or anyone else, a venue in which to say it. The people who pay to advertise on his show have the right to withdraw from those arrangements whenever they deem them inadvisable. This no more constitutes censorship than someone who stops buying a newspaper because they don't agree with the editorial position or stops going to a restaurant because they got lousy service.
The first amendment prevents GOVERNMENTAL interference with free speech. It does not insulate individuals from the effects, personal and commercial, that may result from the imprudent exercise of that right.
