Apr 19th 2011 9:44PM I work out 5 to six days a week. I usually start with 4 to 7 miles, depending on if
I'm on the elliptical, treadmill or stairclimber. I then move on to weights (alternating
legs or upper body on different days), lots of abdominal exercises, followed by a ten minute steam, then shower. I only wear Asics now; they are expensive, but comfortable. My feet aren't wide, but I've worn a size 13 shoe since the 8th grade (in my fifties now), and they are the most comfortable athletic shoe I have ever worn.
Those Sketcher toner shoes are a joke, but hey, if a buyer feels comfortable wearing them, so be it; just don't expect your legs to get in shape just by wearing that design, it won't happen. If you want a toned and athletic body, you've gotta put the work in.
