Buying a house is the some thing, you take a chance that you can pay or you loose it, it's just that simple. If you are too simpleminded to understand the mortgage agreement ask an lawyer to look at it--spending two hundred bucks to assure you know what you are getting into--short money. If you can't afford to pay two bills to a lawyer you can't afford a five hundred k house!
