Oct 30th 2009 11:34AM If I remember right, Greg Couch wrote the article calling out Serena for her behavior with the line judge. So, I don't think you can call bias here.
Like it or not, Serena Williams, is competitively dominating, and the best player in the game at this point. Her temper, however, is bringing down her opportunity to present the game in a positive light & herself as a sportsman. Her attitude to minor competitions & championships makes her look haughty. With all this in mind, you have to ask yourself, did she intend to be a role model, or did she just want to dominate the tennis world, or both?
We naturally expect athletes to also be shining role models. With the rest of the world falling to pieces & people deciding their own moral code, everyone else be damned, why are we surprised when athletes do the same? I'd say it's something to think about.

As a black person I can still sit and laugh my ass off at Family Guy. Every ethnic group / race / diversity gets their turn for a ribbing on the show. No one is immune.

This man understood the rules when he took this job and agreed to abide by them when he accepted the position. He is showing a disrespect for his employer and bringing shame to himself and his faith by dragging this out with a lawsuit.
