Jun 14th 2010 8:57AM It really sounds like an honest mistake to me. I carry a gun on road trips and sometimes use the same suitcase. If you do that you have to be VERY strict about checking and double checking the suitcase for anything like ammunition. Give her a break, it was in the bag, she forgot about it, the system worked and stopped it from going through. People are going a bit overboard in their reactions to this. Everyone calm down.

Sep 18th 2009 1:44PM I bet that if all the small planes that use these "strips of convenience" had to use the major airports instead, you would complain about the overcrowding and additional delays. There is a vibrant general aviation environment in this country, and sometimes you pay for things that you don't personally use.

Aug 17th 2009 12:50PM I think it's a great value for families with multiple iPhones, assuming that it's like all other apps in that I can install it on multiple devices. My wife and I both end up with GPS navigators for $50 each and no extra devices to carry around. Not too shabby.
Now... I wonder how it will work with my FM transmitter... might have to bite the bullet and by a new car stereo with an aux plug.
