It should be a minimum of at least one year for the first offense, and 5 years for the second one. They are so dangerous. It is premediated to drink before driving, it's not like you get sleepy, that can be hard to control, but you can decide to not drink until you get home. Meanwhile he should be banned from the sport.

Feb 2nd 2011 1:39PM I have been to 3rd world countries with overall safer drivers than Florida with Miami-dade the worse.
Living in Florida it is common to see reckless insane drivers weave in and out of traffic at insane speeds and countless other acts of dangerous driving while police look the other way HOWEVER don't go 5 mph over the limit if you have out of state license plates .
