Kate Gosselin's Lawyer Says Jon Hasn't Paid Up Yet {Popeater}
Oct 25th 2009 2:03PM Once more, they both act like idiots. They intentionally create conflict to make the gossip rags. If they aren't careful, the only ones who will come out of this with a penny to their names will be their attorneys.
Kate Gosselin's Lawyer Says Jon Hasn't Paid Up Yet {Popeater}
Oct 25th 2009 1:54PM How true, what can a person learn from these selfish exploitive idiots who don't even care if they ruin their kid's lives? All we can do is use it as an example of how NOT to live our lives.
Who really cares about their divorce anyway, when it comes to divorce everone just want to be right and no one tells the truth. For instance this....didn't she say he'd taken a half million that she wanted back? Now it's down to 200 grand. Get your stories straight people, or better yet keep it to yourself.
Tom Cruise Has Worst Week Ever {Popeater}
Oct 25th 2009 11:13AM Good grief,I was wondering. KNowing these people exagerate so extremely in order to sensationalize a headline, I expected his "worst week" to be getting mud splashed on his new car. Then I read the article and find out it's not far from that.
If my wrost week ever is reaping what I sow I'm not worried at all. I'm not sure what the article is suggesting, that he shouldn't be responsible for his actions, that if he sticks his foot in his mouth we should all ignore it?
Here's a bit of reality for the author of this piece, Tom Cruise and anyone else: real life has no censors, if you say something stupid, cruel or uneducated, people hear it just like if you talk about a brilliant theory you have. Only fools have selective hearing, the rest of us hear it if it's good OR bad. So if you don't want another bad week, try thinking before you speak/act.
'Law & Order' Fictionalizes the Taconic Parkway Tragedy -- Is It Too Soon? {Inside TV Blog}
Oct 23rd 2009 12:21PM My sympathy to the loved ones of the three men in the suv and the children in the minivan all who died. on't give a fig. As far as tarnishing the driver's rep, her reputation needs to be tarnished beyond all repair. When someone acts this stupidly, risks lives and then takes those lives no one should ever remember that person for doing anything else. There is nothing so good that she could have done in her life that would overshadow these MURDERS. If this will raise awareness about what happens when someone drives after drinking I'm all for it. It's pathetic that this type of thing still happens. You'd think all those people who think they're fine to drive after a few drinks would know better by now but apparently we're a very stupid species.
I know some people think it is too soon after the tragedy but because people still remember it is what makes it worth writing a show about. All of their "ripped from the headlines" stories are about recent incidents, that's what's made the show a hit for two decades.
Paula Deen Freaked by 'Today Show' Staffer {Slashfood}
Oct 13th 2009 11:06AM Only one thing funnier than this misleading headline and thats anyone who blames the author of a cookbook because their kid is fat. Good grief, she doesn't hold a gun to snyone's head and make them use her recipes 7 days a week, three meals a day. Ever heard of moderation? Ever thought that you could follow one of her recipes a couple of times a month and not drop dead from it? Ever considered that just maybe you could use a few brain cells and make a couple of substitutions?
Gawd, we're a country of idiots.
Deen is such a delightful woman that you must never have a thought that isn't negative to dig up this garbage to spout. Think about it, when was the last thing you thought something nice about someone, much less said it?
Eric Braeden Leaving 'The Young and the Restless' {Inside TV Blog}
Oct 11th 2009 1:57AM He's THE one character that the show can't do without. It won't survive. He's right, they don't appreciate his worth to the show, If they kill Victor off they'll be in a real pickle in six months, having to lure the actor back as well as figure out how to bring Victor back to life.

Oct 7th 2009 1:26PM I remember when hamburger was an inexpensive choice. Now I won't buy it unless I see the butcher choose the steaks and grind them.
Megan Who? Kate's Esquire's 'Sexiest' {Popeater}
Oct 5th 2009 9:42PM Next to Beckinsale, Fox is a cute girl. the difference is that I would never call Kate a "girl" , she's all woman.
Woman Terminates Adoption Because She Can't Bond With The Child {ParentDish}
Oct 1st 2009 7:16PM Her five biological kids better watch their steps, keep giving Mommy lots of love and telling her how the world revolves around her.
Even IF the child does have a bonding flaw, all that means is he needs a loving mother that much more. Would she have returned him if he walked with a limp or developed some other imperfection?
If your're going to be cold hearted al least don't blame an innocent child for your shortcomings.
'Terminator 2' Star Denies Being Suicidal {Popeater}
Sep 30th 2009 12:10PM I agree that the courts tend to lean toward the mother in most custody cases but there's a reason, traditionally the mother is the primary caregiver. Hopefully as more dads take over the cargiving role, changing diapers, feeding, giving baths, helping with homework etc, the courts will change too.
Have you ever tried to get a restraining order? I can only speak from the two times I was involved in a court case to get one but it wasn't all that easy. Unless you have threatening emails or texts, video tape of violent behavior, a bus full of witnesses to attacks and police reports describing violent outbursts you might as well save your time and not bother going to court. A good family court judge discounts these orders unless they're backed by indpendent evidence anyway. They don't carry much weight in a custody battle. Judges aren't stupid, well some are....but the experienced family court judges have seen every trick in the book and aren't so easily misled by fluttering eyelashes and crocodile tears anymore.
Face it, men and women both abuse the system and drag their poor kids into it to be used as weapons against each other.
