Jan 19th 2013 8:17PM Land is at such a premium in places like NY that it's not uncommon to build right up to the property line. Makes me glad I live out west...in the wide open spaces...where there has to be at least 8 feet between houses. (I think it's 8 ft...might be 12...I don't know) Still...only 12 inches between buildings is a bit absurd isn't it!

Their oath requires them to obey the commands of their President...no matter whether the soldier agrees with them or not. Flying a flag upside down for that reason is next to treason...and a dishonorable discharge could be next!

Sep 8th 2012 11:37PM I can only speak for the Northwest. Here in the greater Portland Oregon area we see Occupiers being kicked out of vacant houses at least 2 or 3 times a month. And it's usually when neighbors finally come forward.
