Officers, in my opinion as a retired Officer, 33 plus years, failed to do a proper investigation @ the scene and did the wrong thing.
Prosecutors did the right thing.
Student should be expelled and teacher deserves to get her job back, along with an apology from those who arrested her and from the School Administration.

Roads blocked, traffic tie ups, people having to cancel things because he or his Family are coming through. He has no consideration for anyone else. Nov 18th 2010 1:21PM TSA employees are a joke. The only "line" they are in is the lunch line at Airport cafeterias. Most of them couldn't get a job as a Warehouse Security Guard and Mall Security Guards have more common sense than most TSO's. The only ones with any real training are the ones who are retired Law Enforcement Officers and the only reason they join the TSA is to earn some extra money because their retirement pay sucks.
