Feb 4th 2008 12:16AM my son was born in the bag of water due to a dr telling us he wasn't ready to come, oh well he was 2 hours later in a strecher in the hall rolling to labor and delivery, so no not a dr nor nurse can tell when a baby is comming they can just check and see, God puts the baby there and he'll briing him into this world as he sees fit
