Oct 8th 2010 9:29AM Although cave drawings have been found showing what could be individuals in spacesuits, plus drawings of what look to be Apollo type capsules with flames shooting from the rear of the capsules with what looks to be a human looking figure inside of the capsules, and in biblical drawings there are some of the same images shown in the drawings and paintings, the term UFO pertaining to possible not of this world flying aircraft wasn't widely known of until the 1947 Rosewell, New Mexico reports of a possible alien craft crash, in which the US Military at first agreed with the civilian reports of a UFO space craft crash, then the next day the US military spun a whole different story about the crash site as being weather ballon debris. Crop circle drawings have been found in ancient drawings and paintings regarding biblical tales. So have all of these so called UFO sightings and crop circles been created by mankind for tousands of years just a hoax? Or are these the real deal? The abduction of Barney and Betty Hill story told back in the 1960s has never been confirmed or disproved 100 percent. The famed story known as FIRE IN THE SKY that took place in the 1970s regarding the abduction of an American lumberjack worker that was witnessed by five other men in the same lumberjack crew has never been disproved. All but one of the five men questioned, passed lie detector tests. Then we have Groom Lake" -aka- Area 51 in Nevada. This so called top secret military base is thought to have something to do with UFO testing grounds. President Jimmy Carter told the world he himself witnessed a UFO, but while he was an active President he didn't speak of the incident until after he was out of office. Several well know American astronauts have spoke about UFO sightings during the 1960s. Airliner pilots all around the world have reported seeing UFOs, and continue to talk about seeing UFOs to this day. So, are the UFO talks all one big conspiracy that has been going on for thousands of years? Or, are these UFO sightings the real deal? The way the Governments around the world talk down UFO reports is odd. What are they hiding if anything? Are all these UFO stories being spun to keep the people of the world distracted while something much bigger is going on right under our noeses? John Lennon said he saw UFOs over New York City in the 1970s, and he said he wasn't too surprised. Personally, I've never seen a UFO. How many of you who've seen the movie SIGNS could believe something like what happened in that movie could one day actually happen? Are the Chinese putting us all on with their stories of possible UFO sightings over airports? And if so, why? What about the Phoenix lights? Thousands of people including government officials spoke about this event actually happening. And what about all the camcorder recordings of UFOs in Mexico and South America, and in Europe, and all over the USA? Are all these camcorder recordings fakes? I'm open minded about UFO sightings as well as I'm open minded about life on other planets in other galaxies hundreds or even thousands of light years from our own galaxy. But if these UFOs are real, then why are 99.9 percent of the pictures taken and camcorder footage always out of focus?
Body scanners used as porn by airport security {Gadling}
Sep 29th 2010 10:01AM Let's not forget, these same scanners are to be used in the United States. They were going to be installed in every major US airport, but obviously that hasn't happened as of yet anyway. Airport security here in the US are just as bad as the ones in Nigeria. If people trying to board airplanes in the US are wearing explosives under their clothes, on in their shoes or stitched into their clothing should be shot and killed right in front of everyone, this would slow down or stop people from trying to do harm to innocent passengers aboard passenger airliners in the United States. Terrorists have no rights to a trial, they should be executed on sight, have their bloody bodies drug off leaving a bloody trail showing everyone that airliner terrorist will not be tolerated ever in the United States. This sounds crude, but it would work. As for the security in Nigeria ns many other third world countries, for them to sell or send those pictures as porn shoud be fired, and never be hired on as security for any company but that won't happen due to their government is more corrupt them the United States Government is. For now anyway.
Driving With Your Dog Can Be Deadly - Unless You Take These Precautions {Pawnation OLD}
Aug 19th 2010 7:00AM LMBO....isn't that the truth LT. When our Shetland Sheepdog named Sadee was alive, and whenever I'd park and get out of the car, leaving my wife and our Shelti in the car so I could do whatever I had to go do, put gas in the car or whatever, whenever I'd return to the car to get back in, I'd look into the drivers side where I sat and there'd she be, laying down in my seat, I'd always ask her if she wanted to drive, and I'd pretend to hand her the keys. We took her with us almost everywhere we drove to in town, my wife would always make sure Sadee "our Shelti" was buckled up in the backseat while we were driving, once I'd stop and park the car to go into a store or get gas or do whatever, my wife would let her loose so she could stretch her legs a bit inside the locked car. My wife "a professional singer" can't have any children, so Sadee was like our daughter. I so miss those days.

Theater Audiences Groan and Laugh at M. Night Shyamalan's Name {Urlesque}
Jul 25th 2010 8:05AM I've enjoyed M. Night Shyamalan's movies ever since the early years of him making movies. Unbreakable was a bit childish, but it was passable. Then his movie The Village came out and it was terrible. The Lady in The Water didn't do much better, Then the movie The Happening just wasn't happening for me. Mark Whalberg is a fairly good actor, yet in The Happening, it seems like he was reading from Que Cards, his acting was terrible, but then I watched a few movies Mark acted in after The Happening, and he was right on spot again. Could it be that the movies M. Night Shyamalan has been making for the past decade, just haven't mustered?
It's unfortunate if that's the case, because M. Night Shyamalan started off to be a good creator of movies, and a good movie director. I haven't seen his movie THE LAST AIRBENDER. I did watch a short trailer of it on tv, the speial effects seemed to be ok looking, but obviously, the movie didn't do well. I hadn't heard anything about this new movie by M. Night Shyamalan titled DEVIL, until I just read about it.
I wonder though if someone paid these people to laugh at M. Night Shyamlana's latest movie screening. If you listen to the people watching the screening of his latest movie, they begin laughing right before M. Night Shyamalan's name is even shown on the screen.
But I have to admit, ever since M. Night made his movie The Village, I've noticed his other more recent films have also lost creativity. The acting just isn't good enough within the actors of his most recent films. I wonder if M. Night Shyamalan is trying to tell the actors how to act, instead of giving them pointers and directing them on how to naturally react.
M. Night Shyamalan is the creator and the director of his movies, he's directing the actors, and if they seem like unseasoned actors, then it's due to his own manner of directing them. It's either that, or it's a conspiracy created against him by the actors he's been using in his movies since he wrote and directed The Village.
Quake Shakes DC, MD, VA {AOL Hot Searches}
Jul 16th 2010 2:43PM Earthquakes can happen anywhere around the world, so for people who've never experienced an earthquake, they can be frightening. It's Mother Nature adjusting her self, in many instances, buildings may not adjust along with Mother Nature and people can and have been injured and even killed due to an earthquake, so don't be so fast at laughing at people who've never experienced an earthquake.
Personally, I don't think earthquakes have anything to do with a higher power being upset with mankind, earthquakes can be warnings, but not in the way some people will say they are.
I'm glad nobody was reported injured in todays earthquake in Maryland.
Paging Mulder and Scully to China {AOL Hot Searches}
Jul 13th 2010 5:42PM Ever since I was a small child in the late 1950s I've heard about UFO's. One of my grammer school teachers in the early 1960s told my class that UFO stands for "Unidentified Flying Object." She also told us that not all UFO's are alien, many are objects that just haven't been identified. I went to a small church in Henderson, Nevada. Not once in all the years I attended that church did anyone ever talk about UFO's being talked about in the bible. The clip that was shown on AOL regarding the UFO in China looked more like a large airliner, but if that was what it was, then why did the the China airport close down for about 2 hours? I didn't hear anything about the Chineese Government scrambling jets to see what the unidientified flying object was. There didn't seem to be much concern over the UFO.
I look at it like this, if a UFO lands on the lawn of the White House and unidentified people emerge from this UFO and our military fire at them and nothing happens to the emerging people, then I'd propbably believe that these individuals were in fact non human, "or possibly just regular pilots or military type hollywood personnel wearing bullet proof clothing?"
If I ever see a real flying saucer landing in a restricted area while people are freaking out as the persons or individuals emerge that have super powers. Then, I'd believe more.
Subway Salmonella Outbreak in Illinois {Slashfood}
Jun 13th 2010 8:07AM I remember the days back in the early and mid 1980s, where subway would cut out the middle area of the bun and put the pre-sliced meats and cheeses, and veggies inside the hole, then they'd replace the cut out piece of bread on top, leaving only room for a very small amount of meats, cheeses and veggies to fit on the bun, and the price was a bit high even for back then. What a rip off.
When I became a cook for BJ's Kountry Kitchen in Fresno, California, when they first opened, ALL of the food for cut fresh two hours before the restaurant opened at 6 am, so every single day, all foods were freshly prepared throughout the hours the restaurant was open from 6 AM until 2 PM. Not once did anyone get sick from tainted food. The only two items that were cooked a short time before the doors opened were the first batch of biscuits and gravy, and throughout the day, freshly cooked biscuits and gravy was prepared "as needed." The food took a bit longer to get to the costumer, but it didn't matter to the costumers due to the food was FRESH, and prepared and cooked as the order slip was put onto the wheel by the waitresses. Plus during the mid and late 1970s and even through the early 1980s while I was in the US Army, the Hoagie shops off base, sliced their meats and cheeses and veggies at the time the orders came in. Not once in those 6 years I was in the military did anyone ever get sick from spoiled food from those any Ma and Pop style hoagie shops that were located around the military bases, and not once did anyone I know, nor did I ever hear of anyone getting ill from their hoagies.
Now fas for Denny's, I got food poisoning three times within a two year period, due to they precooked and sliced their foods hours before throughout the 24 hours their restaurants were open for business, the sausage was usually the culprit.
It's a shame over the years more and more hoagie shops and many other restaurants would prepare their weighed out portions of meats, cheeses and veggies the night before and placed into refrigerators. It's all about the all mighty buck that these places are greedy for, it's not about the quality or the safety of food anymore.
Do yourselves a BIG favor and stay home and cook your own meals from freshly cut meats and cheeses and veggies right before they are cooked for your families. If more restaurants did this, and if the patrons of these eateries would have a little patients and wait a bit longer, they same quality of foods would be served fresh. Plus the cooks must wash their hands before and after each meal they cook, as well as the prep-cooks would also wash their hands before and after preparing cut meats, cheeses, gravies, biscuits, hash browns, pancakes and so on. What has happened to the pride in someone doing his or her jobs in the United States?
Also, don't eat at McDonalds or Burger King, Wendy's, Arbys, Jack in The Box, plus many other major chain fast food places, for their foods sit under heat lamps for up to hours at a time before your order is placed, this is just a way for them to maoe more money on#precooked foods and placing the'costumers in jegpardy. Believe ae, these majkr chain fast food places do not'care about your/health, all%2;s they care aboqt is the huge pvofit they make. Again, it's all about the mgney, not the gostumers safety
Glaxo Settles Suits With Hundreds 'Harmed' by Diabetes Drug {AOL Health}
May 17th 2010 8:45AM I'm a singer / songwriter who is a US Army Airborne Ranger combat Veteran from the 1970s. Due to combat injuries I sustained in what I later learned were secret combat missions, I ETSed out of the military with a honorable discharge in 1980. I filed a claim through the VA for a percentage of disability to be paid by the US Army. I was denied, so I filed again and again, all times being denied any benefits. After working for over 18 more years in chronic pain due to shrapnel injuries, bullet injuries, and knife wounds as well as biological toxin poisoning and loss of memory "due to I'm told I suffer from D.I.D. "this use to be called MULTIPLE PERSONALITY DISORDER" but sometime in the 1990s the medical association changed the name of MPD to "D.I.D." -aka- Dissociative Identity Disorder. Finally the VA told me they'd help me get some disability payments, it turned out they put me on Social Security Disability, and I've been on this since 1998. I'm unable to work due to the loss of memory I suffer from, Whenever I put in a employment application, my social security number is flagged and I'm denied the job. This has been going on since 1998.
When I bucked the system several times, suddenly some individuals working for the Federal Government, broke into my apartments, stole all of my official military medical documents I was able to get through President Clinton + my entire 201 file's. And my life and my families lives were threatened. Then later on during the G.W. Bush administration, I was being watched and being pulled over by police, harrassed and thern let go.
Being a singer /song writer and musician myself, I wrote several protest songs and recorded them on my three cd's I recorded between 2004 and 2006. WOW!! Talk about a shit storm, again I was threatened, I had already divorced my first wife of 25 years back in 2002, and she and her two grown daughters moved from where they were living on the west coast to several different states throughout the country entirely. I too moved from the west coast to another part of the country, and still I'm being hounded, I'm still on Social Security Disability "which is a slap in the face."
If any of you reading this comment of mine think that the Federal Goverment is honest and is working for you, you're horribly mistaken.The pharmaceutical companies own the United States Federal Government by way of controlling the elected Presidents, as well as the congressional and senate members of the United States.
I wrote a song titled THE INDUSTRY, it is about the corruption within the FDA and CDC and Pharmaceutical companies, and how they don't actually remove any harmful drugs or pesticide sprays off of the market that has been proven to do harm to the American tax paying citizens, instead they just change the names of the drugs and chemicals that are doing harm.
Nothing is going to change within this corrupt Federal Government that has been in power for over 75 years unless WE the people vote out all of the current congressmen/women, and senators and judges that have been in office for decades without doing anything for the American people. We need to vote in all new individuals who haven't held Federal seats within this corrupt Federal Government that is now in place. If they don't do what WE the people hire them to do, then when it's election time again in individual states for congress and senate members as well as the national Presidential election, we vote them out and do it again, WE the people need to audit the Federal Government and find out where all the money is actually going that they are simply taking from the tax payers and using it on whatever they want. All members who have misused tax payer money in anyway at all, should be made to sell their million dollar homes, private jets, Limo's, Towncars, and have their off shore bank accounts frozen and returned to the tax payers without fail, and all Federal Government offiials who have used that money that the tax payers pay each and every year for any personal possessions, vacations, expensive golfing dates and so on, should be placed in Prison for no less than 10 years. No exceptions. The same goes for all FDA, CDC and Pharmaceutical CEO's.
I know my comment went off base quite a bit, but hey, Lets get down to business people. No more, we have to stop them now. It's time we all STAND AND BE COUNTED.
I took care of and watched as my father died from medications he was given by doctors back in the 1990s that ended up killing him.
Now I'm taking care of and watching as my common law wife who is a professional singer suffering from what is called: Autonomic Dysfunction -aka- Dysautonomia. There is not enough awareness of Dysautonomia for the doctors to treat her, all they know what to do is to treat the symptons of what Dysautonomia causes. She is dying, and there is nothing I can do for her, but help support her, feed her, love her unconditionally. Just two years ago, she was in great health, now she is slipping away right before my eyes, she too is now on Social Security Disability due to she can no longer work, hell...she can hardly walk or get out of bed. Now she has no desire to eat.
Stop the insanity people, before it's too late.
4 Ways You're Sabotaging Your Relationship {Personal Articles}
May 16th 2010 9:22AM It's unfortunate, many women as well as men, cannot distinguish the difference between True and Pure Lust. For reasons unknown to me, too many people harbor unhappy memories from their childhood and carry them into future relationships. If your parents didn't get you therapy when you were a teenager, then you need to seek out therapy for yourselves as adults. Don't sabotage your relationship with unnecessary baggage from your past, sure, have your partner get involved by way of going to therapy with you "if you so desire." But don't let the past "no matter how bad it may have been" continue to rule your minds. It's called the past for a reason. Don't use someone else who may love you very much as your partner, as your punching bag for things they had nothing to do with.
Stop living in some fantasy world, it will only destroy you and your relationship. We as individuals are not the center of attention, but we can productively live a happy life with a partner if you are willing to get the therapy you need, this goes for both individuals in any relationship.
Learn to know the difference between True Love and Pure Lust. Learn to love yourself completely, before hooking up with another person as your mate / boyfriend / girlfriend / husband or wife.
You cannot truly love someone else until you can learn to love yourself first. Through therpay, we all can work out all the unhappy memories we may be carrying around with ourselves from our past. Once we have worked it all out, leave it in the past, and have a wonerful life in the present and in the future.
Remember what John Lennon once said in a song from his Double Fantasy LP recorded in 1980: "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans."
This doesn't mean to not make plans, just be ready for whatever may come at you in everyday life. Get rid of any baggage from your past so you can see what may be coming your way in life. This way, it'll be a little easier to handle anything bad that may come your way.
Don't start playing the Blame Game either. AOL is always doing this with it's readers, they love to stir the pot and create drama, especially when there is no drama. If you believe everything you read, then maybe you should just remain single. Sabotaging your relationship isn't the way to live.

Apr 26th 2010 9:52AM My all time favorite comic movie stars have been Jerry Lewis, Red Skelton, Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, Owen Wilson, Eddie Murphy, Billy Cristal, Whoppie Goldberg, Gene Wilder, Bernie Mac, Ryan Renolds, Tom Hanks, Richard Pryor, Hugh Grant, Richard Marin -aka- Cheech and Tommy Chong -aka- Chong, Bruce Dern, John & Joan Cussak, Danny Devito, Martin Lawerance, Chris Rock, Bette Midler, Jack Lemmon, Britney Murphy, Jay Mohr, and many more.....Jim Carrey is the modern day Jerry Lewis. For those of you who were raised in the 1950s and 1960s, Jerry Lewis "in my opinion" was probably one of the funniest comic actors of the 60s, how many of you remember the movie "WHO'S MINDING THE STORE?" Now that was a classic funny Jerry Lewis movie.
Jim Carrey has impressed me from his days on "IN LIVING COLOUR" through to this day. All of the movies he's been in "even his more serious roles" have impressed me. Either you like Jim Carrey in everything he's done over the years, or you can't stand him. I for one like him in anything he's done. He's a well rounded actor who hasn't gotten the respect he deserves from the actors guild. That's my view on Jim Carrey and I'm sticking to it.
