Extreme seagull steals GoPro camera in Cannes, treats us to bird's eye view {Gadling}

Jun 26th 2011 2:32PM Either way.. The thing got into the bird's mouth and it flew away with it. Whether staged or not, this was pretty cool.

Cops Ticket Mom for Letting Son, 14, Babysit His Pre-K Brother {ParentDish}

Feb 16th 2011 10:43AM Glad to see a reasonable adult defending us teenagers. She's right about society viewing us as a whole "helpless and stupid", but that's just those few idiot kids who do things that send out the wrong message. Some of us are more responsible than most adults are, and that my friends, is the truth. The only ones who should be ticketed for watching children are those with drinking problems, emotional instability, etc.

Start Reading For Banned Books Week {AOL Hot Searches}

Sep 27th 2010 5:14PM Sorry to ask this, but who the hell are these people to just decide what we can and cannot read? Literature is a form of art, and no art, no matter how "unpleasant" the average joe might find it to be, is still a form of expressing yourself, thoughts, and opinions. These people have put their life's work into their form of art, and it's just offensive to decide after they finally go through all the trouble of publishing it, to decide that it's not okay for us to read. Frankly, I don't think that any art, whatsoever should be "banned". And I'm sure many other artists and regular people as well would agree.

Lease-to-Own Lure: Alleged Real Estate Scam Preyed on Absentee Owners {Rented Spaces}

Jun 8th 2010 6:46PM I say, I feel sorry she got caught. There are no nice people in the world, they always have their dark secrets themselves. I think that what she was doing was excellent, and good for her. Why should someone have to be forced to work for money or die, anyway?
