Cops scamming tourists at Bangkok airport {Gadling}

Jul 22nd 2009 10:39PM The problem isn't the hotel it was expedia, orbitz or whatever site you used...you can't get a refund when you prepay the room through those sites. Also, you don't get a receipt because the expedia pays 70 for the room but charged you 100 and don't want you to know....i worked at a hotel before
