Nacho Cheese Leads to Disney Suit {AOL Travel News}
Feb 13th 2011 10:37PM European System - LOSER PAYS. If these bottom feeders bring an unfounded suit they are forced to pay whatever costs were incurred by the other side to defend against frivilous lawsuits. it also puts some of the responsibility on the lawyers who try to work the American system. They know it is often cheaper for a big company like Disney to just settle out of court than to go through a lengthy trial.

Feb 12th 2011 4:40PM Where's the picture of the family? It's obvious that they are a bunch of fata$$e$ if the kids is only four and already has a taste for notcheese. What, were the apples too hot too? Those of us who love Disney should get together and sue this family for fraud.
New Book 'Cinderella Ate My Daughter' Looks at Effect of Girly-Girl Culture {ParentDish}
Jan 26th 2011 3:19PM Wow, talk about missing the whole point. The idea of the book and article is that many little girls are not getting the balance that you write of. The parents are dressing the child up like a Las Vegas showgirl. They are told not to run or jump or get messy because that's not "girly". Spend some time on a playground. You will see little girls being handicapped by frilly dresses and high heals. The sad part is that the parent is often dressed is much more appropriate attire than the child. Balance is the key, which is what the book is about - allowing a girl to play with cars (heck, many woman are driving these days) and maybe letting boys play with the kitchen set (who knows, some boys may actually have a kitchen in their house someday)

Jan 26th 2011 2:59PM mamma bunny: what ever will you do when your daughter doesn't want to be (as you put it) "prissy"? God forbid you get an intelligent, happy, well adjusted little girl who wants to dress like a child and not a future stripper.
'Hookers: Saved on the Strip' Star Annie Lobert Talks Years as Prostitute {PopEater}
Jan 5th 2011 7:37PM do you actually think this is something YOU would choose?? No one wakes up one day and thinks it would be great to have to bl*w dirty strangers. No one is holding a gun to their head in some cases, but if they thought they had better options they would be doing that instead - wouldn't YOU?? Clearly they have been taught that all they have is their body and all they can do is sell it.
Snooki Talks Drinking on 'Ellen': 'Why Did I Wake Up in a Garbage Can?' {PopEater}
Jan 5th 2011 7:26PM we are reading it, and talking about it....and that's all that matters to them. It's kind of sad, actually. She's so young butit seems like there is no one around her to guide her in the right direction. Where are her parents? It's as though no one cares what she is doing to herself as long as she is making money.
Mom Defends Son's 'Daphne' Halloween Costume {ParentDish}
Nov 8th 2010 4:55PM Why is this surprising coming from people who pay to send 5 year olds to a Christian School? They clearly do not want their child associating with the type of children at public school. Since many Christians are conservative it can't really come as much of a shock that they may not be that tolerant of boys dressing like girls.
Why I Love Being a Size 12 {Lemondrop}
Nov 2nd 2010 10:06PM Not every size 12 is actually beautiful. Neither is every size 4, or size 22. Not everyone is beautiful .....and that's ok. There are far more important things than looks. Be kind, be snart, be talented. Get over the notion that beauty matter.
Monica Bellucci Rocks Red Hot Swimsuit on Men's Style Magazine {Stylelist (Main)}
Oct 25th 2010 10:58PM Sorry, but age is NOT "just a number" She just had a baby 5 months ago and she's 46. The risk of severe mental retardation go from 1 in a thousand to 1 in FIVE. How's that for just a number!
Meredith Maran's Lie -- I Accused My Dad of Incest ... and I Was Wrong {Lemondrop}
Oct 18th 2010 9:36PM A lie is when someone KNOWINGLY tells something that never happened. This woman actually believed what she was saying at the time, so it wasn't a lie. Once she realized what she had done she made every effort to make things right. Since she had originally made the accusations in a public way it was neccessary to make her correction just as public. However, constantly referring to what happened as a lie is unfair to all victims, real and mistaken. It makes it too easy for the molesters to say "see, they all lie"
