Jan 31st 2009 3:38PM The man was wrong in verbally abusing a flight attendant for something that was not her fault. It is similar to abusing a server in a restaurant for the mistakes of the chef. For goodness sake, the darn speech was repeated in the media numerous times over the next two days on multiple stations as well as in the newspapers. And, seeing that his wife is a big wig in the media business, I'm sure he could get the entire speech on tape !
People never cease to amaze me.... and yes, Delta was certainly within their rights to call the authorities about unruly passengers !

Jun 16th 2007 6:28PM I didn't have a great cruise experience on my first cruise ( 16 years ago .... weather issues ). But, 10 years later I decided to try again. I was hooked after that ! Now I find any excuse to cruise, and I think it is the best value and easiest type of vacation around ! There is so much to do, so much to eat, and the sunrises and sunsets at sea, the feel of the wind in your face while sailing on the open seas is my idea of heaven.

Nov 14th 2006 7:13AM The only problem I forsee with a Paula Deen/Ina Garten battle at Kitchen Stadium ( although they are lovely women and good chefs ) is that I can't see them jumping and running around and cooking quickly. They are a little bit older and more laid back in their cooking styles. Butter Battle ? Funny !
